Molecular Biology Laboratory has two complex workplaces dedicated to:

• isolation and analysis nucleic acids and proteins,
• culture and transfection bacteria and fungi cells (class II lab).

The aim of the Molecular Biology Laboratory give open access to mentioned infrastructure and spread knowledge about molecular biology techniques. We also introduce new, innovative methods and molecular techniques to the research carried out within the Centre of Excellence BIOANIREP, scientific networks initiated between labs at the Institute and other institutions in Poland and abroad.
The great advantage of using Molecular Biology Laboratory infrastructure is concentration of innovative equipment in one place that is cost-effective and less time consuming for all users. It provides a much faster increase of competitiveness of the research conducted at the Institute.
Those interested in incorporating molecular biology techniques to their studied may get an assistance in choosing the best method to solve a specific problem, undergo specific training or simply use equipment located at the laboratory.
