VersaDoc MP 4000
VersaDoc MP 4000 is an user-friendly equipment, giving the highest quality of archived images of agarose gels, Western blot membranes or ELISA microplates.
It is equipped with LEDs system, allowing emission of green, blue and red lights, and also UV light source giving almost unlimited applications: chemiluminescence, chemifluorescence or analysis of dyes such as Coomassie Blue. Thanks to the high quality optics and a photosensitive CCD matrix you may reach resolution of 53 µm and any detail, band or spot can be overlooked. Powerful and advanced features of included software enable to determine the molecular weight and quantitate proteins, and thus determine the differences in the level of their expression. VersaDoc MP 4000 is an irreplaceable tool in proteomic analyzes, as well as the Northern and Southern blot assays, and its properties can be also appreciated by microbiologists (colony counting).
