Bioanalizator 2100
The measurement of concentration and estimation of the quality of RNA, DNA or proteins have never been so easy.
Agilent 2010 Bioanalyzer enables to assess basic parameters of your sample (e.g. biological material). Modern technology introduced in the equipment and based on the microfluidics allows reliable measurements of a small sample amount, using specific molecule-designed chips. It reduces the need for doing agarose electrophoresis or SDS-PAGE. Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer also allows a simple flow-cytometry-like analysis for example apoptotic processes in the cells, which is made possible by component to flow cytometry.
Agilent 2010 Bioanalyzer is an integrated device able to analyse nucleic acids, proteins and cells. Several samples can be analyzed simultaneously in a molecule-specific chip, using microfluidic technology. Time of analysis has been significantly reduced and the quantity of sample needed in one assay is small (approx. 1 µl). Results are presented in transparent, user-friendly form, as figures and charts in a digital format. The assessment of quality and quantity of RNA, DNA or proteins is much less inconvenient by reducing the use of harmful reagents such as ethidium bromide or acrylamide.
